Payment, Pricing, Taxes and Duties Policy

This Policy explains payment methods, pricing, taxes, duties, and checkout charges for purchases made from Kreativ Customs. This policy applies to all orders shipped from the United States to Germany, Poland, France, and the Netherlands.

2. Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Orders are processed after payment authorization and confirmation.

We may cancel or hold an order if payment cannot be verified or if fraud risk is detected.

3. Prices and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency available for your selected market.

Recommended market currencies are: Germany - EUR; Poland - EUR; France - EUR; Netherlands - EUR.

The product page, cart, and checkout should display a consistent currency for the selected market unless currency conversion is clearly enabled and compliant with the applicable platform settings.

4. Price Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and product information are accurate.

If a product is listed with an incorrect price, incorrect discount, technical error, or obvious pricing mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be calculated and shown at checkout depending on the delivery destination and applicable law.

Where such charges are collected by us, they will be displayed at checkout before payment.

If duties, taxes, or import fees are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying them directly to the carrier or local authorities before or upon delivery.

6. Duties and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed charges.
Where such charges are collected by us, they will be displayed at checkout before payment.
If duties, taxes, or import fees are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying them directly to the carrier or local authorities before or upon delivery.

7. No Hidden Charges

Before placing your order, checkout will display the product price, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, duties or import charges collected by us, and the total amount payable.

We do not intentionally add hidden product, shipping, handling, carrier, or service fees after the order is placed.

The customer-paid shipping rates published in our official Shipping Policy are the rates that should appear at checkout for the applicable destination and shipping class, except where a clearly disclosed promotion provides a lower rate.

8. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, and sale prices may be subject to additional terms. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless expressly stated.

For customers in the European Economic Area, where we announce a price reduction, we aim to comply with applicable prior-price disclosure requirements.
